Latino Town Hall is dedicated to empowering the Latino community in the Santa Clara Valley through focused committees.

Government Accountability  

To work with elected officials at every level of government to ensure issues of the Latino community are represented. Diversity of elected representation and other policymakers matter to reflect the people they serve and impacts the cultural and linguistic values of the
community. Maintain relationships to support future policy decisions that impact the Latino Community. Develop an economic and social services plan that acknowledges the community.

Education / Youth Engagement

The Education Committee of Latino Town Hall is committed to ensuring equitable opportunities for students in the Santa Clara Valley. This group advocates for the integration of ethnic studies into school curricula, emphasizing the importance of teaching diverse histories and cultures that reflect the community's identity. The committee also focuses on addressing systemic barriers in education and fostering partnerships that support academic success, leadership, and cultural pride for Latino youth. Through these efforts, the Education Committee works to create a more inclusive and empowering learning environment for all students.
